Purchase Used Car In China
After receiving an overseas order and signing a foreign trade contract, YZ Auto can collect and order cars in China through individuals, second-hand car dealers, 4S stores, etc. according to the relevant requirements of the vehicle age, environmental protection standards, and technical conditions for motor vehicle operation safety of the importing country, and go through the registration procedures for second-hand car transactions according to law.
Used Car Renewal
After the vehicle is transferred, the vehicle appearance, interior trim, safety performance components, etc. shall be prepared to ensure that the vehicle is in good condition.
Acquire The Export Registration
Apply to the competent department for export license by virtue of trade contract, inspection and evaluation report, Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate of the vehicle to be exported and other materials, and simultaneously prepare the booking of space and gathering of vehicles.
Inspection & Certification

Apply FOR Exportlicense
To apply for an export license through the "unified platform of the business system of the Ministry of Commerce", the following materials are mainly provided in electronic form:
1.Application Form for Export License of the People's Republic of China;
2.The original and copy of the motor vehicle registration certificate;
Export contract;
If there is no access standard in the export destination country, the inspection report issued by the third-party inspection institution shall be submitted;If the export destination country has access standards, a written statement conforming to the access standards of the destination country shall be submitted.
Custom Declaration
Fill in the export declaration form according to the relevant specifications of the General Administration of Customs, and clearly fill in the status of export vehicles as "old" and vehicle identification number (VIN).

Vehicle Logout Registration
In the process of vehicle cancellation, within 2 months after completing the customs clearance formalities for the export of second-hand vehicles, apply for cancellation of registration with the public security traffic control department at the place where the motor vehicle is registered by presenting the export declaration form and the certificate required by laws and regulations; Before applying for cancellation of registration, the illegal acts and traffic accidents involving export vehicles shall be handled completely.
